- The goods will be shipped within 3 days from stock, or within 3 weeks from production. Please check with us if there is any stock before placing an order.

- The parties hereto will attempt to settle any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this contract by consultation and negotiation in good faith and a spirit of mutual cooperation. However, at any time following any unsuccessful negotiations, the dispute shall be submitted to Arbitration Commission of China, pursuant to Chinese Arbitration Act. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.The arbitrator shall have the power to require the non-prevailing party to pay his fees and the fees of the arbitration and the prevailing party's legal fees and expert's fees.
